fix: 修复天天领现金鉴权链与云手机隔日漏签，移除已结束的客户日

- ttlxj: 补全 authorize 的 Referer 与业务接口的 authInfo/tokenid 头，抽奖恢复正常
- uphone: 签到改为直接请求，不再用 signRecords[0] 误判导致隔日漏签
- mday: 活动窗已结束，移除相关代码
