c20338e1af Add 4 NHK+ Test Channel (Chinese link) 
Add NHK G , NHK E (link from NHK+ , provided by some chinese ppl xd)
Note: When I added , the service , NHK+ pausd broadcast (all other sources are normal) (0h00 to 4-6h00am idk [JST Time] ...) , so i add the 'test' suffix. If it works , i will remove the suffix.

and sorry for bad english xd

3363fc279c Update EPG from iptv-org 
Update EPG from iptv-org (all are Kanji)
- Kansai channel using Kanto Channel's EPG , cause the channel are same network (JNN,NNN,TXN,ANN,FNN) .Sometimes the program may display wrong.
- SUN TV does not have EPG , i will try to find it.
