Move gstatic.com from direct to proxy (#21)

* Remove gstatic.com fonts.gstatic.com and www.gstatic.com used for Google Spreadsheet web are both being blocked by GFW. * Add gstatic.com fonts.gstatic.com and www.gstatic.com used for Google Spreadsheet web are both being blocked by GFW.
